Our production relies on modern, high-precision machinery that keeps every component consistent from the first cut to the final profile. Automated systems handle complex shaping, and calibration with accuracy that cannot be achieved by hands alone. This allows us to work to tight tolerances across large volumes while keeping the final fit clean and predictable on site.

FINE RAW MATERIALS
Our work starts with high-grade raw material carefully selected for its quality. Each piece is inspected and prepared in-house, so only reliable stock moves into production. Here the timber’s qualities are read, judged and directed towards the final piece. Careful sorting and conditioning give consistent, predictable results across every project. This first stage determines the quality of everything that follows.
JOINERY FABRICATION
JOINERY WORKFLOW
Our joinery work begins with clear design intent and the shaping of fully formed units. Cabinets, counters, wall systems and all bespoke pieces are built as complete assemblies. Surfaces are aligned, joints are tuned and moving parts are tested before leaving the workshop.
The aim is straightforward, durable joinery that sits naturally within its setting and works day after day.

FABRICATION
Fabrication brings design into physical form through controlled, repeatable processes. Cutting, edging, drilling, painting, shaping and all other preparation work are carried out on production lines where accuracy and rhythm matter. Skilled operators oversee the flow and guide the material through each stage. The result is reliable, well-made work ready for assembly and finishing.
WOODWORK
It is where prepared parts come together as complete units. Panels and frames are aligned, fixed and checked with steady hands.
CNC MACHINING
Precise cutting and shaping, producing consistent parts ready for assembly.
SPRAY PAINTING & LACQUERING
Finishes are applied in controlled spray cycles, building uniform colour, sheen and surface protection across all components.
METALWORK
Different metals, from raw steel to brass or copper, are handled in-house. Shaping and welding are carried out with controlled techniques to achieve strong, accurate components.
ON-SITE INSTALLATION
Full installation services are carried out on site, followed by final adjustments and fixings for a precise finish.
